Vision Sensor Accessories
Brackets
Broad offering of brackets makes it easy to install Pro and P4 sensors and Banner lights. Swivel brackets offer greater range of motion for flexibility in mounting. Choices include stainless steel, black corrosion-resistant zinc or black ABS plastic brackets. Brackets are available for attaching two lights to one P4 sensor. Column-mount brackets provide flexible positioning for sensors and lights when used with an adjustable mounting system.
Monitors
Display inspection images in real time. Available in 8" diagonal flat-panel color monitor or 9" diagonal black and white video monitor. Permits adjustment of overall picture quality. Operates on 10 to 30V dc or 100 to 240V ac supply voltage, depending on model and connects directly to PresencePLUS sensor, using optional cable.
Cables and cordsets
Cables and cordsets for sensors, cameras, lights, video, serial and Ethernet connections include straight or right-angle camera-to-controller cordsets for the Pro model, high-flex cables for robotic applications, sealed cables for powering sealed lights and cameras, BNC coaxial video cordsets for real-time video output when connected to a conventional monitor, cordsets for communication over Ethernet and RS-232 serial lines and splitter cables for powering two lights with one P4 sensor.
Enclosures
Enclosures protect sensor, ring light, or both and keep dust and dirt off the lens and light. They prevent accidental bumps and scratches and discourage vandalism and tampering while helping maintain lens focus by enclosing the lens and sensor. Available in models that protect camera and light during washdown and offers choice of models with glass or plastic viewport.
Filters
FLTI infrared filter blocks visible light and passes infrared light (included with infrared lights). FLTB blue filter improves quality by reducing ambient light; it passes blue and infrared light. FLTG green filter improves quality reducing ambient light; it passes green and infrared light. FLTR red filter improves quality by reducing ambient light; it passes red and infrared light. FLTUV clear protective ultraviolet filter is for use with high-performance lenses.
Interface Modules
Interface modules provide an interface between user's hardware and PresencePLUS sensors or lighting. PPSIM sensor interface modules simplify wiring of P4 sensors in an electrical control panel. PPLIM light interface module allows strobe operation of Banner's lighting with all vision sensors and systems on the market. SCM strobe control module provides repeatable control of strobed LED lights.
Power Supplies
Compact DIN-mountable power supply coverts ac voltage to dc and allows dc devices to be used in ac environments. Converts 115/230V ac voltage to 24V dc for powering dc sensors or vision lights. Automatically adjusts for 115/230V ac and allows adjustment of output voltage for 24 to 48V dc; rated for 4 amp output. Vision power supplies provide power to Banner continuous LED lights or PresencePLUS vision sensors. The PS2V-12 variable power supply provides 12V dc power to two Banner continuous LED lights. The PSA-12 power supply provides 12V dc power to one Banner continuous LED light. The PSA-24 power supply provides 24V dc power to one Banner continuous LED light. The PSDINA-24 DIN-mountable power supply converts 115/230V ac voltage to 24V dc for powering dc sensors or lights.
