Mechanical Safety Switches

Safety interlock switches respond when a mechanical guard opens. Mechanical switches feature "positive opening" contacts for high reliability and coded actuators to discourage tampering or defeat.

Dozens of configurations are available.

Multifunctional Gate Box Safety System

The MGB Safety System features a flexible, design including a modular evaluation module available with and without guard locking. In combination with a handle module and an optional escape release, the MGB protects almost every safety guard. The evaluation module is also available with integrated controls and indicators for enable, operating mode selection and many other functions making the MGB Safety System a small operator panel. The additional operator module for the MGB makes it possible for the user to integrate further functions such as push buttons, emergency stop, key-operated switches, selector switches or even display elements as required. Now it’s possible to integrate functions that were previously housed in separate operator panels, with significant cost savings.

Safety Hinge ESH

Due to its small design, the safety hinge ESH is particularly suitable for applications in which robustness is required in combination with small dimensions. It combines the function of a door hinge with that of a safety switch. It features a sturdy metal housing made of die-cast zinc for high mechanical loads, high protection against tampering and IP67 rating.

Safety Switch with Interlocking & Locking Monitoring TP

The TP safety switches ensure that guard devices remain in the closed position until a hazardous movement has come to a standstill. Similarly, opening of the guard devices is prevented during a process. They feature an emergency release from the rear and three cable entries. Due to their slim design, they are suitable for universal fitment on profiles. TP safety switches have glass-fibre reinforced plastic housings and provide best fitment opportunities for the automation, fitting and handling technology industries.

Safety Switches with Solenoid Interlocking and Interlock Monitoring TZ

TZ safety switches have a magnetic locking device with additional interlocking monitoring allowing the position of the door and the magnets to be monitored by the higher-ranking control. TZ type safety switches are type 2 switches. Choose the type of interlock, magnet operating voltage, actuating head, contact elements used as well as the type of connection. They include a mechanical unlocking mechanism from the front side and two LEDs for function display.
