Software PLC
Reduce hardware, cut programming time, and eliminate PLC panel communications with software PLCs that include on-board I/Os plus a full-function Operator Panel with numeric keypad. PLC capabilities include 24K (virtual) of Ladder programming, functions such as math, store/load, compare, interrupt and loops. A fully-functioning HMI provides 60 user-designed screens, an alpha-numeric keypad and a multi-lingual display. The HMI helps our customers boost productivity by displaying operating instructions, system-fault messages and conditional data. It features a variety of communication options, including SMS messaging, Remote Access utilities, and PC access via MODBUS or OPC/DDE servers. This unique combination of features and remarkably low price make it perfect for any application—from simple electric boards to complex production lines. Its high-speed inputs, combined with remote communication options make it the right choice for water and agriculture applications. Industrial lighting, automatic barriers/doors and air conditioning can also be easily and economically controlled.
