Laser sensors from Banner and LiMAB can perform precise distance measuring functions for positioning, gauging and dimension inspection.The Banner L-GAGE LT3 Laser Distance-Gauging Sensor utilizes “time-of-flight” technology to provide precise, long-distance gauging at the speed of light. The microprocessor-controlled laser distance-gauging sensor features a unique design that provides exceptional accuracy and range at much lower cost than competitive lasergauging devices. Precise performance and low price make the LT3 an ideal solution for a variety of precision inspection applications.
LIMAB models use 2 types of measurement principles; Optical triangulation is the most common, and used for all models except the XLR30, which uses Comparative Phase Measurement. Limab BlueLine is a complete new line of laser diodes. BlueLine laser diodes are very compact and have a rugged design. The housing is made of stainless steel and is equipped with precision optics. BlueLine has the latest laser technology built in. A high quality connector on the laser makes installation and cleaning very easy. Application examples are wood, steel, stone and textile industry.
